England - Farming in the Uplands - Select Committee Report

Although this report only relates directly to England, there are many issues that are relevant to Scotland and the other parts of the UK.  I recommend it to anyone with an interest in the future of the Uplands.  Many of the recommendations tie in closely with the findings coming out of the Forum's Upland Solutions Project.
